One of our favorite spots to dine when in Asheville is a cozy restaurant called the Early Girl Eatery.  It is a top spot for locals in Asheville and it usually has a line out of the door.  It is right in the middle of downtown Asheville and its food and atmosphere cannot be beat.  
If you are looking for delectable food that is reasonable in cost and delicious to your tastebuds, the Early Girl Eatery is the place to be.  As a diner for breakfast or dinner at the Early Girl Eatery, you can enjoy the quirky ambiance of the place in all of its glory, while noshing on delicious Southern food.  If you enjoy scrumptious food with a creative spin, you will enjoy every bite of your meal at the Early Girl Eatery.

Another reasonably priced spot that is friendly to the LGBT community in Asheville, North Carolina is a restaurant called the Corner Kitchen.  The Corner Kitchen is situated in a house near the Biltmore Estate and the atmosphere has a home-like quality to it.  The Corner Kitchen is an LGBT friendly establishment that serves up an upscale dining experience with the air of being at a friend’s house for dinner.  

Food is delightful to the taste and you won’t go broke before or after taking a tour of Biltmore Estate.  The Corner Kitchen has everything from breakfast to dinner; and it all tastes like heaven on a plate.  Not only is the food fantastic, but the restaurant also boasts a nice wine list as well.  If you want to eat at the Corner Kitchen, you can find the homey restaurant at 3 Boston Way.  They take reservations and their food is freshly made from farm to table, so you are sure to leave fully and happy.

Another great restaurant location is a place called Tupelo Honey Café situated in the heart of downtown Asheville.  It’s a gay friendly restaurant that serves up fare so good that it has become known for the line outside of the door as well as the delicious food they offer.  In addition to the time-honored Southern dishes offered at Tupelo Honey Café, they have craft beers and creative cocktails made from scratch.  If you want to build your own champagne cocktail or Old Fashioned, you have come to the right place.  The atmosphere is LGBT friendly at the Tupelo Honey Café and the menu is composed of fresh food.  The lines may be long, but the food is 100 percent worth the wait.

Restaurants may not be your thing, but luckily there are plenty of LGBT friendly nightclubs and bars in the Asheville, North Carolina area.  O’Henry’s is a gay friendly bar that has been in the heart of downtown Asheville since 1976.  This bar caters to everyone, but is enjoyed mostly by those between the ages of 30 and 50.  This industrial dance space offers a lot of fun if you are looking for a night on the town in a friendly atmosphere.  If you want to shoot pool, mingle, or dance, then O’Henry’s at 237 Haywood Street is the place to be.  We just know that you will feel right at home in this trendy bar.
